The Role

Referment is working with a private-company data and intelligence provider used by professional-services and financial institutions to find opportunities, understand markets and make better commercial decisions.

This is a senior individual-contributor sales role focused on complex, high-value new business. You will run consultative sales cycles with partners and senior decision-makers across law, accountancy, banking, corporate finance and wealth management, while shaping how the proposition is positioned in this market.

  • Build a substantial outbound pipeline through researched, personalised engagement with senior buyers.
  • Lead discovery, tailored product demonstrations and commercial conversations through to close.
  • Translate complex client challenges into clear use cases for data, analysis and advisory services.
  • Close high-value annual contracts and maintain momentum across sophisticated buying groups.
  • Work with senior leadership on pricing, positioning and the evolution of the market offer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
