About Beauhurst

At Beauhurst, we're building the leading provider of private company data in Europe, helping the UK's law firms, accountancies, banks and corporate finance houses find clients, win mandates and deliver sharper advice.

About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Account Executive (Financial & Professional Services) to step in and close the high-value, complex deals that matter most.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Closing complex, high-value deals: Running sophisticated, consultative sales cycles with partners and senior decision-makers, landing £100k+ p/a contracts
  • Outbound pipeline generation: 80%+ of your pipeline will come from your own outbound – strategic, personalised outreach to senior buyers at law firms, accountancies, banks, corporate finance houses and wealth managers
  • Strategic, consultative selling: Getting under the skin of complex business challenges and showing how our data and analysis solve them
  • Running tailored demos: Managing online demos that are highly personalised to each firm's specific use case
  • Shaping our go-to-market: Working closely with senior leadership on pricing, positioning, and how we evolve our offering for this market

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience – either as a fee earner or in a business services / BD function at a law firm, accountancy, bank, corporate finance house or wealth manager; OR selling SaaS, data or advisory solutions into these firms (the ideal candidate combines both)
  • A consistent track record closing £100k+ p/a deals in complex, consultative environments
  • A demonstrable history of building your own outbound pipeline as a significant contributor to your closed revenue
  • Experience with proactive business development, networking and consultative selling

Especially Important for this Role

  • Intelligent: We sell a complex product to lots of types of organisations; you learn fast and are keen to understand how our products can solve many different challenges for them
  • Detail-oriented and prepared: You do the hard yards before every conversation, fully understand the firms and people you're selling to, and you're comfortable getting into the technical detail to sell credibly to senior buyers
  • A natural relationship-builder: Emotionally intelligent, a great listener, and someone who adds value in every interaction before making an ask
  • Coachable and resilient: You actively seek out feedback, bounce back fast from setbacks, and you're a lifelong learner of sales
