Job Description As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll work with some of our most valued customers, helping them grow with Freshworks while building long-term, trusted partnerships.This role will be focussing on our UKI market. What you’ll do:

  • Engage, discover & drive results: Grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, consistently surpassing revenue goals while delivering meaningful impact for customers.
  • Articulate Value: Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges and positioning Freshworks as a partner that drives measurable business results.
  • Execute the Sales Process: Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, securing strategic wins and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Learn & collaborate: Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities, strengthen retention, and expand customer success.
  • Hunt & Prospect: Build a strong, future-ready pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent execution. Travel, as required, to connect in person, foster relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose. Qualifications
  • Experience that counts: 5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles with track record of success in an aligned territory.
  • Strategic mindset: Curiosity, collaboration adaptability: you’re open to learning and comfortable navigating change.
  • Consultative approach: experience working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders, exceeding goals, with a focus on long-term value creation.
  • Strong communicator: you are a relationship builder, with great presentation skills. You listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and connect product capabilities to business needs.
  • Domain knowledge: exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus.
