About the Role
The Lead Acquisition Manager for International at Talogy is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and revenue across international markets by capturing new logos. The person in this role will work closely with other business development groups to coordinate marketing initiatives and utilise analytics to continuously grow and enhance performance.
This role is a full-time permanent position, flexible from Monday to Friday during typical office hours. There will be occasional travel required for events, internal meetings and workshops. Day-to-day, this role can be performed remotely.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across priority markets, aligned with business priorities, target audiences and revenue objectives.
- Manage campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, from planning and audience targeting through to execution, optimisation and performance reporting.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Consulting and Sales, and other marketing groups, to align efforts and drive revenue.
- Develop and optimise lead acquisition programmes across digital, email, webinars, third-party media, influencer activity and other relevant channels.
- Use campaign performance data and customer insights to continuously optimise targeting, messaging, channels and investment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders, both internally and externally to Talogy.
- Help establish the foundations, processes and best practices for Talogy's international ABM programme.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on new technologies and techniques.
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Support with forecasting and budgeting.
- Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the lead acquisition process.
- Work with the Events Marketing Manager to maximise lead capture and MQL generation at trade events

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

- Education to Bachelor’s degree level in marketing or relevant field.
- Demonstrable experience in a variety of marketing disciplines, especially lead generation and ABM, is desirable.
- Significant B2B marketing experience, ideally within a complex, consultative or long sales-cycle environment.
- Strong experience with data analytics in marketing environments.
- Experience with data visualisation tools is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends.
- Experience and proficiency with CRM and Marketing automation suites, HubSpot and Salesforce preferred.
- Native-level English proficiency, with excellent written English and the ability to communicate confidently with colleagues, customers and external stakeholders across international markets.
