About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Administrator to join our dynamic team at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. This pivotal role involves overseeing the administrative functions of our organization, ensuring smooth operations across various departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of administrative staff, managing processes and systems, and supporting senior management with strategic and operational tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a background in administration, preferably within a fast-paced environment. The Lead Administrator will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, fostering team development, and supporting the overall success of our organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing administrative teams and processes. Essential qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or similar sector is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
  • Leadership experience with the capability to motivate and develop team members
  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in administration or management are advantageous

Responsibilities

The Lead Administrator will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Line managing and supporting the administrative team, including training, performance reviews, and development planning
  • Maintaining and improving administrative processes, systems, and workflows
  • Managing operational resources in a cost-effective manner
  • Fostering positive working relationships with team members and other departments
  • Collaborating with senior management to support strategic initiatives and administrative needs
  • Coordinating staff schedules, including arranging and managing annual leave
  • Leading regular team meetings, performance appraisals, and staffing discussions
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and documentation required for management review
