Job Overview

Are you a driven and proactive administrator with experience working in the NHS or similar healthcare setting? We are seeking to recruit you to our Children's Services Clinical Teams.

We are looking for you to work in our warm and friendly administrative team, to provide comprehensive, high-quality administrative and information support to Camden MOSAIC Children’s Services based at Kentish Town Health Centre, Health Support Services for Vulnerable Children. Alongside other colleagues, you would provide administration support across our integrated team.

This job offers a hybrid of on-site and virtual working.

If you are appointable but not successful in being appointed to this role, would you like to be considered for any other similar roles in Camden? If so, please add into your supporting statement.

Main duties of the job

  • Taking on lead responsibility for the administration of one or more services
  • Coordination of multidisciplinary clinics including maintenance of spreadsheets, team diaries, appointments, cancellations, and room bookings
  • High-quality minutes at various service meetings
  • Covering the duties of the admin manager in their absence

Your work will be a key part of the quality of our service, and the experience of our patients and their families. You will need to be a compassionate and empathetic person who has experience of dealing with members of the public as well as staff from other organisations such as Local Authorities and Hospitals. You'll be someone who embraces inclusive principles and is a good communicator. Knowledge of NHS patient record systems is desirable; previous use of SystmOne is an advantage.

Working for our organisation

We’re passionate about delivering first-class patient-centred, safe, and effective care in our clinic at Kentish Town Health Centre. Patients are at the heart of everything we do.

Camden MOSAIC is a friendly, caring, and stimulating place to work. We'll support you, train you, and help you develop on your career journey. You will also be part of a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team.

Please note: This vacancy does not meet the criteria for Skilled Worker sponsorship, unless you meet the criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. “Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and continuously held a Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024."

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
