Lead AGV Sales Engineer

Position Overview
You will combine your technical automation expertise with a commercial, customer-focused mindset to sell our AGV solutions to our UK customers. From initial enquiry to sale, you will understand our customers' application requirements and present solutions using clear communication that will help customers see the value of our automation technology.

Responsibilities
- Sell AGV solutions to drive business growth, turning customer needs into commercial opportunities
- Present confidently to customers, both on-site and virtually, with a focus on closing deals
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility discussions, and technical assessments to support the sales process
- Communicate technical AGV concepts into clear, compelling solutions that influence decision-makers
- Engage with businesses to understand workflows, operational constraints, and automation requirements
- Develop tailored solution proposals in collaboration with engineering, project, and operations teams
- Deliver demonstrations, trials, and technical evaluations to showcase value and secure commitments
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships

Who We're Looking For
You are an experienced Automation Sales Engineer who enjoys selling advanced technical solutions to industrial customers. You have a detailed understanding of AGVs, robotics, and automated systems, with a proven track record of selling complex solutions and closing deals.
