Job Description
You will design and deliver enterprise-grade AI systems, acting as a forward-deployed engineer for global organizations. By embedding with clients to untangle complex workflows, you’ll translate business problems into scalable agentic systems using LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration. This hands-on leadership role bridges deep technical architecture with high-impact business automation.

What You Will Do
- Embed directly with enterprise clients to map complex operational workflows and translate them into robust technical strategies.
- Design and architect scalable multi-agent systems integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, and enterprise-grade data orchestration.
- Lead the end-to-end engineering lifecycle from initial whiteboarding and system design to production deployment and iteration.
The ideal candidate
- Deep hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems using LLMs, agentic workflows, and complex retrieval/reasoning frameworks.
- Proven track record in client-facing technical roles, ideally within top-tier consultancies or high-growth tech firms like Palantir or Quantexa.
- Strong architectural expertise in Python and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) with the ability to lead other engineers by example.
