The Role
We are hiring AI Engineers to build and deploy enterprise-grade AI systems and Digital Workers in production. You will work closely with global organisations, embedding with clients to untangle complex workflows and translate them into reliable, scalable agentic systems, integrating models, data and enterprise infrastructure into solutions that operate in real-world environments.
What you'll bring
- Proven hands-on experience building production-grade solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, MCPs and agentic workflows
- A forward-deployed, client-first mindset, with experience working directly with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Strong delivery capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI systems
- A track record of delivering measurable impact through applied AI
What you'll do
- Partner with leading enterprises to understand their needs and design tailored agentic workflows
- Implement robust, scalable systems leveraging the latest advancements in AI
- Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI products, from concept through to production deployment
- Be at the forefront of implementing solutions for clients and help integrate these learnings into our core tech
What you'll not do
- R&D in the lab, isolated from customers
- Product or platform development — there is a separate internal team for this

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
A day in the life
This is a forward-deployed role: engineers are embedded directly with enterprise clients, untangling messy real-world workflows and translating them into reliable agentic systems. That involves working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to design the workflow, then building it — LLMs, RAG pipelines, MCPs, multi-agent orchestration — and owning it end to end, from concept through to running live in the client's environment. Engineers in this role carry their work through to production rather than handing it off.
This role explicitly does not involve R&D conducted in isolation from customers, and it is not product or platform development, which sits with a separate internal team. Candidates looking to publish research or build internal tooling with no client contact should look elsewhere; this role is defined by real clients, real workflows, and real production deployment, delivered quickly.
Our stack
Python, modern LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, and cloud platforms including AWS, GCP and Azure. We deploy anywhere as a Docker image. You will contribute to systems spanning LLMs, multi-agent coordination, retrieval and reasoning, and enterprise data integration — software that automates workflows and takes action, rather than producing static outputs.
