Role
We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to help shape the next generation of enterprise AI products within one of the fastest-growing AI businesses in the market.
Built as an AI-native company inside a global enterprise software organisation, this business combines startup speed with enterprise scale. Already exceeding $10m ARR and launching multiple AI products into market, they're solving some of the most complex operational problems faced by global industrial organisations.
As a Lead AI Engineer, you'll remain hands-on whilst providing technical leadership across product development. You'll influence architecture, mentor engineers, work directly with customers and help establish the engineering standards that will support the next phase of growth.
This is an opportunity to help define how enterprise AI products are built—not simply contribute to them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why should I apply?
Few opportunities combine this level of technical ownership with the backing of an established global software business.
You'll influence architecture, mentor talented engineers and help build AI products that are deployed across some of the world's largest industrial organisations.
You'll join a business still in its early stages, giving you the opportunity to shape its engineering culture, product direction and technical standards whilst benefiting from significant long-term investment and an established customer base.
