Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Building multi-agent architectures
  • Developing agentic workflows
  • Building and integrating MCP connectors
  • Implementation of AI agent frameworks
  • RAG
  • ETL pipelines
  • Python and AWS

This is a design-level role, so you'll need to have genuinely thought about:

  • How end users actually flow through an agent system
  • Metadata strategies
  • Agent configuration
  • Model selection, and being able to explain why you picked what you picked
  • Designing an end-to-end pipeline
  • Designing a RAG system from scratch

Experience in finance is a must, whether that's FinTech, banking, payments, trading, capital markets or anything else under this umbrella.

Ideally, you'll have come from a software engineering background too.

You're also not inheriting a mess. Some of the original ML models are still running at the core of the product, which tells you they were built properly. Your job is to keep evolving them while pushing the whole thing into LLMs, agentic AI and whatever comes next.

It's important for this role that you'll want to stay technical - they want this role to remain fully hands-on for now.

No need for an up-to-date resume just yet; just click 'easy apply', and someone will reach out with more details. We can then help you build the best resume for the role later.
