Lead Solutions AI Engineer / Solutions Architect, Next-Generation AI Platform

London / Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Equity | Well Funded Early-Stage

Ready to shape how world-leading enterprises design and deliver the next generation of AI-powered solutions?

We're an early-stage, high-growth AI company on a mission to change how large organisations use data and automation to make decisions.

We're looking for hands-on, structured and creative Solution Architects who thrive at the intersection of technology, problem-solving and delivery. You'll design and ship scalable, elegant solutions to complex real-world problems, from first concept through to execution.

This isn't another consulting role. It's a chance to work with genuinely advanced AI and automation technology, alongside world-class technical talent, helping some of the most innovative companies in the world unlock the next wave of intelligent systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
