Lead Solutions AI Engineer/Solutions Architect – Next-Generation AI Platform
London / Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Equity | Series A | Several Million in Funding
Are you ready to shape how world-leading enterprises design and deliver the next generation of AI-powered solutions?
We’re an early-stage, high-growth AI company (Series A, multi-million funding) on a mission to redefine how organizations use data and automation to make decisions.
We’re looking for hands-on, structured, and creative Solution Architects who thrive at the intersection of technology, problem-solving, and delivery. You’ll design and deliver scalable, elegant solutions that solve complex, real-world problems, from concept to execution. This isn’t just another consulting role, it’s your chance to work with cutting-edge AI and automation technologies, collaborate with world-class technical talent, and help some of the world’s most innovative companies unlock the next wave of intelligent systems.
What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into actionable, technical architectures.
- Design scalable, well-structured systems that bring clarity and impact to complex problems.
- Guide delivery teams through build and implementation, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Bridge business needs with technical design — bringing order, structure, and strategy to ambitious AI projects.
- Influence how global enterprises adopt and scale intelligent automation and decision-making systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
