Job Title: Lead Anaesthetic & Recovery Practitioner

We are recruiting for an exciting clinical leadership opportunity with a prestigious private hospital in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse or ODP to take a lead role within a high-performing theatre environment, providing clinical leadership while helping to deliver exceptional standards of patient care.
🔹 The Role
You will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership across Anaesthetics & Recovery, supporting and leading the team while ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred care.

You will also play a key role in:
- Leading, supporting and developing the Anaesthetics & Recovery team
- Maintaining high clinical and professional standards
- Supporting effective theatre utilisation and workflow
- Providing hands-on clinical support when required
- Ensuring excellent patient experience and customer service
- Supporting stock control and effective resource management
- Contributing to continuous improvement across the theatre service
🔹 What We're Looking For
We are keen to hear from candidates who have:
- RGN and/or ODP registration
- Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience
- Strong clinical skills with relevant specialist training and experience
- Proven leadership/team management experience
- Recognised Anaesthetic and/or Recovery training
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service
- Private healthcare experience desirable, but not essential
