We are looking for a someone with a proven track record of selling and leading analytics consultancy projects, to deliver high-quality reports and insights.

This role will work with the Head of AI, Data & Insights, and senior MHP Group leadership, to help run a portfolio of mixed-method insight projects, spanning digital and social analytics, audience segmentation and narrative analysis, generative AI / LLM measurement, and broader reputation, trust and communications effectiveness.

The role combines client support, project management and analytical delivery, with a focus on ensuring high-quality outputs and smooth delivery across a fast-growing and evolving area of the business.

The role includes developing client proposals and working as part of pitch teams to sell analytics services, either as a standalone service or as part of integrated strategic communications programme.

This hire will contribute to how we scale data, AI and mixed-method insights products to understand audiences, measure communications performance and respond to a rapidly evolving AI-driven landscape.

On an operational basis, you will report to MHP’s Head of AI, Data & Insights Nisa Bayindir, and work closely with senior leadership including Head of Strategy Kate Gomes, and Head of Crisis & Risk, Antonia Green.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
