Role Overview

As a Lead Architect for TM Forum, you will be a senior technical leader responsible for driving the architectural vision, evolution, and alignment of the Open Digital Architecture (ODA) with industry needs. You will work at the intersection of technical innovation, industry collaboration, and practical implementation, ensuring that ODA continues to serve as a foundation for digital transformation across global service providers.

Your focus will either be on one of the three missions: AI & Data, Composable IT & Ecosystems, or Autonomous Networks, or one of the five areas of ODA: Governance, Business, Information Systems, Implementation, or Deployment & Runtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Strategic Development and Evolution of ODA
    • Define, evolve, and communicate the overarching strategy for the Open Digital Architecture (ODA), ensuring it remains relevant and forward-looking.
    • Establish and continuously refine architectural principles, reference models, and technical frameworks.
    • Ensure these artifacts are practical, consistent, and actionable for adoption by a global community of telecom and technology stakeholders.
    • Lead the Architecture governance for ODA across Collaboration, Innovation and Catalyst projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
