Job Description
- Conduct quality checks on processed work to identify and rectify errors, promoting accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance, technology, and client services, to resolve issues and improve cross-functional processes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Hubwise products, services, and operational procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of management reports and statistical analysis of team performance.
- Ensure all team members are fully compliant with relevant regulations, internal policies, and data protection guidelines.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial services operational role, preferably within a platform or investment administration environment.
- Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA rules).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with financial services software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong commitment to client service excellence and operational integrity.
