The Role

We currently have an opening for a Lead Associate level position in the private equity team based in Manila who will work on Asia based primary fund investments, and co-investments. As part of our global private equity team, you will assist in sourcing, analyzing and executing private equity investments, help determine where we invest, produce intellectual capital and market views and support client work.

In this role you will gain exposure to the most highly respected private equity managers in the world, forming opinions on their skill and ability to consistently generate outperformance. You will also underwrite co-investments.

Role objectives

  • Source, analyze, and execute private equity primary funds, secondary opportunities, and co-investments
  • Run and maintain financial models and tools
  • Produce investment memorandums and contribute to investment committee discussions
  • Research market opportunities using a variety of financial databases and produce periodic reports that support the team’s pipeline evaluation
  • Contribute to the development of the research function, improving methods and tools used
  • Assist in development and presentation of research findings both internally and externally
