Responsibilities
We are hiring a Lead Automation Engineer – Power Platform to lead the design, development and productionisation of automation and low-code solutions that create measurable business value. You will work across the full automation lifecycle, from opportunity discovery and process assessment through to solution design, build, testing, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, service principals, managed identities or comparable integration and security capabilities.
- Experience with DevOps practices including Git, automated testing, CI/CD, release management, solution versioning, monitoring and incident support.
- Ability to use AI-assisted development tools and Microsoft Copilot capabilities responsibly to improve productivity, documentation and solution quality.
- Proven track record delivering automation, workflow, application or integration solutions into production environments for business operations, analytics, service delivery or decision support use cases.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
