About PRIMETIME Performance
PRIMETIME Performance is an elite athletic and basketball development brand operating under Arrows Sports Group. We provide high-level 1-on-1 skill training, small group workouts, and team performance coaching designed to build complete, game-ready athletes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-energy, structured 1-on-1 private training sessions and small group basketball workouts.
- Teach fundamental and advanced skill sets, including footwork, shooting mechanics, decision-making, and basketball IQ.
- Track player progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain positive relationships with parents and athletes.
- Represent the PRIMETIME Performance brand standard across all sessions.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Coaching qualification/experience or a strong background as a player/trainer.
- Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).
- Valid Safeguarding certificate and basic first aid qualification.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and punctual organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to session venues in the local area.
