Lead Project Manager – BNI (Balance of Nuclear Island) Piping

MEH Alliance Sizewell C

Location: Bristol (Aztec West)
Hybrid Working: Minimum 2 days per week in the office

Help Deliver One of the UK's Most Significant Infrastructure Projects

Sizewell C is at the forefront of the UK's clean energy future, delivering a new generation of low-carbon nuclear power that will support millions of homes for decades to come.

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Project Manager – BNI Piping to join the Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC Alliance (MEHA), playing a pivotal role in defining and delivering the Balance of Nuclear Island (BNI) Piping Programme.

This is a career-defining opportunity to influence the strategy, planning and execution of a major nuclear programme during a critical phase of project development. Working with industry-leading partners across the UK and Europe, you will help shape how one of the most complex engineering programmes in the country is delivered.

The Opportunity

As Lead Project Manager – BNI Piping, you will be responsible for leading the development of the BNI Piping Programme throughout the Phase 1 period, spanning Financial Close through to the commencement of on-site construction.

You will drive the development of delivery strategies, project execution plans, supply chain engagement, qualification activities and fabrication readiness, while helping to embed lessons learned from Hinkley Point C and other EPR projects.

Working within a highly regulated and technically complex environment, you will lead engagement across multiple alliance partners, disciplines and delivery teams to ensure the programme is positioned for successful execution.

This role requires a strategic thinker and proven leader who can navigate complex interfaces, influence stakeholders at all levels and drive programme performance within a matrix organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
