The Opportunity

As the agency continues to grow, they are looking for an exceptional Lead Designer to play a key role in shaping and elevating creative output across the business. This role is ideal for a highly conceptual, hands-on creative leader who produces outstanding work. You'll inspire those around you through the quality of your ideas, attention to detail and ability to bring concepts to life across multiple channels and platforms.

Working closely with the Creative Director and Associate Creative Director, you'll help define creative direction, lead projects from concept through to delivery, and champion design excellence throughout the studio.

About the Role

This position within the creative team, combining strategic thinking, design craft and leadership.

You'll have the confidence to bring your own creative vision to projects whilst collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. Although the role does not include formal line management responsibilities, you will be expected to lead by example, inspire colleagues and drive creative excellence across the studio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
