Role Summary
This role is for a senior builder who can design, develop and evolve modern business applications in an AI-assisted delivery environment. The focus is on turning business needs into working software through rapid iteration, sound engineering judgement and close collaboration with product, design and technical stakeholders. This is an engineering-led builder role. It requires strong hands-on capability in Single Page Application (SPA) development and C#/.NET engineering, alongside practical experience delivering applications using Power Apps Code Apps. It is not suited to configuration-only or low-code-only profiles.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will work as a senior individual contributor within a modern software delivery model that combines product thinking, engineering discipline and effective use of AI assisted tooling. They will be expected to shape solutions, build production-grade application components, contribute to technical direction and help accelerate delivery through reusable patterns, strong collaboration and high-quality implementation. The role spans front-end application development, back-end service development and delivery within Power Platform-based solutions where code-first capability is required. The person in role should be comfortable operating across the lifecycle from discovery and design through to build, test, release and ongoing improvement.
Core Technical Requirement:
A strong practical background in both SPA engineering and C#/.NET development is a core requirement for this role.
SPA Development:

- Strong experience building component-based web applications, including client-side architecture, routing, state handling, asynchronous API interaction, UI responsiveness, accessibility and maintainable front-end code structure.
C#/.NET Engineering:
- Strong experience designing and implementing application logic and services using C#, including API development, application layering, dependency management, asynchronous programming, validation, error handling, logging, secure coding and automated testing.
Power Apps Code Apps:
- Practical experience applying software engineering practices within Power Apps Code Apps, including extending and shaping application behavior through code rather than relying only on visual configuration.
Essential Experience
- Proven professional experience delivering production-grade SPA applications.
- Proven professional experience delivering production-grade applications or services using C#/.NET.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps Code Apps.
- Experience working across the full software delivery lifecycle, from early shaping through build, test, release and improvement.
- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
- Experience working in iterative delivery environments with evolving requirements and regular feedback loops.
- Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions while maintaining engineering quality.
Preferred Experience
- Experience delivering applications in regulated or control-conscious environments.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and secure API-based architectures.
- Experience supporting reusable engineering patterns, standards or shared component approaches.
- Experience mentoring other engineers or providing technical leadership within delivery teams.
- Experience using AI-assisted development practices in a controlled and effective way.
