Lead Business Analyst

Location: Manchester – 2 days onsite
Rate: Inside IR35 - £450
ASAP start

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to lead analysis across a large-scale Sales & Fulfilment transformation programme, focusing on customer journeys, multi-product capabilities, sales order management and scalable ordering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis strategy and requirements across complex transformation workstreams.
  • Drive discovery, business design and end-to-end journey mapping.
  • Work with senior stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects and delivery teams.
  • Define epics, features and user stories for Agile delivery.
  • Establish analysis frameworks, standards and governance.
  • Coach Business Analysts and ensure quality and traceability of outputs.

Experience you'll need

  • Significant Telco experience.
  • Strong business analysis experience across complex transformation programmes.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing ambiguity and shaping strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, Epics, Features and User Stories.
  • Experience working across Product, Technology and Operations.
