Lead Business Analyst

3 days per week onsite in Worcester

Starting salary £60,189 rising after one year to proficient salary of £63,352.

This is a great opportunity to join the bright minds of Sanctuary as they create meaningful change within technology.

We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst. This may be your first role stepping into a Lead role by title but in your career to date you will have experience of managing others (1-2-1s, appraisals etc) and prioritising work. Reporting to the BA Manager you will act as the right hand person ensuring efficient ways of working whilst also leading, coaching, and mentoring the team (minimising duplication and maximising value).

You will have confident communication skills able to work at ease with all levels including the Senior Leadership Team. Listening skills as well as an inquisitive mindset is championed with the BA team.

This role requires you to also roll your sleeves up and work as an active Business Analyst deployable to projects.

Every member of the team will receive an IIBA licence and the department is BCS accredited meaning you will operate within a true Centre of Excellence.
