Lead Business Analyst
3 days per week onsite in Worcester
Starting salary £60,189 rising after one year to proficient salary of £63,352.

We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst. This may be your first role stepping into a Lead role by title but in your career to date you will have experience of managing / leading / mentoring others (1-2-1s, appraisals etc) and prioritising work. You will have also guided approaches in BA teams. Reporting to the BA Manager you will act as the right hand person ensuring efficient ways of working whilst also leading, coaching and mentoring the team (minimising duplication and maximising value).

You will have confident communication skills able to work at ease with all levels including the Senior Leadership Team. Listening skills as well as an inquisitive mindset is championed with the BA team.
This role requires you to also roll your sleeves up work as an active Business Analyst deployable to projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Leadership across BA function
- Lead, coach and mentor other BAs
- Resource management
- Lead and ensure the creation of design artefacts and protypes as required to ensure solutions meet user needs
- Ensure Technology testers and operations teams are supported in their testing and preparation for adopting a solution prior to its deployment and during transition into service

Every member of the team will receive an IIBA licence and the department is BCS accredited meaning you will operate within a true Centre of Excellence.
