JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: Lead Business Analyst
Location: Derby, UK (may need to travel across client’s sites throughout UK)
Salary: £46,000 - £56,000 + Performance Bonuses (depends on experience and performance)
Type: Permanent (minimum 38 hours per week)
Experience and Skills:
Stress Man Limited are currently seeking a highly experienced, resourceful and delivery-focused Business Analyst to support our growing customer base. Your role would primarily include: Interpretation and analysis of the business rules and requirements for technical systems. Work directly with customers and product management team to gather product requirements and develop feature specifications; involvement in all aspects of the software product life cycle.
- Apply detailed knowledge of business requirements and workflows to assist in product development.
- Research and produce business and technical requirement documents.
- Working throughout the full lifecycle of the project from initial client visit through to designing business strategy and implementation.

You will be expected to have:
- Demonstrated ability translating business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical product specification documents in a Capital Market services business working directly with senior operational managers.
- Software development lifecycle experience, particularly Agile methodologies preferred.
- Ability to translate customer business needs into application requirements.
- Experience with middle office investment management functions. Knowledge of API, state store and integration workflows.
- Creating the information flows, processes and data structures to support the undertaken analysis.
- Background in SEC, TradeSuite, MiFid, and AIFMD is preferred.
- Produce and deliver high quality detailed reports, on time and at the minimal costs.
- Capital markets experience mandatory.
- Ability to work in challenging timelines and budget. Must be willing to travel at short notice.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or study of Business. MS/MBA degree strongly preferred.
Other Duties:
- You will be required to perform duties at our offices and also at any of the projects undertaken by our offices at any of our client sites.
- You will be reporting to your line manager for all your tasks mentioned above.
