IT Business Relationship Manager | Blisworth (with travel) | Report to the CFO

Are you the person who can sit in a room with the business on one side and IT on the other, and actually get them speaking the same language?

We're looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager to be that trusted bridge. You'll dig into how the business really works, challenge assumptions where needed, and turn messy requirements into practical, scalable tech solutions that people actually adopt.

What you'll be doing:

  • Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, then translating them into real technology solutions (reporting, data, integration, UX)
  • Leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance, keeping change documented, prioritised and properly risk-assessed
  • Driving continuous improvement across business systems, automation and efficiency
  • Supporting ERP, reporting, integration and digital transformation initiatives
  • Leading and delivering IT and business change projects end to end
  • Helping shape the IT Systems roadmap

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
