About the Role
As a Lead Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering agentic AI projects for our clients. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for AI and shape solutions that deliver real business value.
You’ll be a consulting face of the project, building trusted relationships while working closely with technical and delivery teams to turn ideas into working solutions. You’ll also mentor and support other BAs, helping to build our capability in delivering AI-led transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Client Advisory: Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and identifying opportunities to apply AI and agentic solutions effectively.
- Discovery & Analysis: Lead discovery sessions to understand business needs, define AI use cases, and identify opportunities for automation and transformation.
- AI Solution Shaping: Translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, processes, and practical agentic AI solutions.
- Solution Delivery: Work closely with technical and delivery teams to shape, refine, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that meet client needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, and help clients make informed decisions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Change & Adoption: Support clients in understanding the impact of AI solutions and help ensure successful adoption and transition into BAU.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support BAs and other colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping build capability across our AI consulting practice.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, capable, and collaborative Lead Business Analyst who is comfortable working directly with clients and operating in fast-moving AI environments.
You’ll be a strong consultant and communicator who can understand complex business problems, identify opportunities, and work with technical teams to shape practical solutions. You’ll also be comfortable working with ambiguity and helping clients navigate the opportunities and challenges of emerging AI technologies.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Eligibility for Security Clearance
- Significant experience in Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, or technology delivery.
- Experience working in client-facing consulting or transformation environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Experience facilitating discovery and identifying business opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear requirements and outcomes.
- Experience working closely with technical and delivery teams.
- Strong workshop facilitation and communication skills.
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring other team members.
- Experience with process mapping, user journeys, requirements, and user stories.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements.
- Understanding of AI, automation, or emerging technologies and their application to business problems.
- Experience supporting change, adoption, and transformation.

Desirable Skills:
- Consultancy experience and/or experience working directly with clients.
- Experience in legal, defence, government, public sector, or other regulated environments.
- Experience on infrastructure, technology, data, or transformation projects.
- Project experience with Microsoft AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft Foundry.
- Understanding of AI agent design, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques.
