Lead Business Analyst
A well-respected Insurance organisation is looking to appoint a Lead Business Analyst to lead change initiatives, ensuring that technical architecture decisions support business objectives and long-term scalability. You will have a hands-on role in business analysis for key initiatives, while also providing leadership and direction where needed, including support for the adoption of AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies in line with architecture standards, governance models, and long-term business strategy.

Key Requirements:

- Have Business Analysis experience within London Market Insurance
- Exposure to Policy and Claims Admin solutions
- Good exposure to the full IT project lifecycle: project initiation through to implementation
- Application of AI to Insurance process - automation, agentic platforms, etc.
- Data Management - data models, mapping, master data management, etc.
- Exposure to Loss prevention systems
