The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Business Architect, Lead Business Analyst, or Transformation Consultant to join a major digital transformation programme within the private banking and wealth management sector.
This role will play a key part in shaping how future products, services, customer journeys, and business processes are designed and delivered. Working across business and technology teams, you will help define future ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of a next-generation wealth platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating across strategy, business change, and delivery while working with senior stakeholders on a high-profile transformation programme.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand current challenges, objectives, and opportunities.
- Analyse existing business processes, customer journeys, and operating models.
- Define future-state business processes and ways of working.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements.
- Support the design of target operating models and business capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitisation.
- Conduct impact assessments and support transformation planning activities.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and delivery teams to ensure business outcomes are successfully delivered.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.

Essential Experience
- Experience working on large-scale business or digital transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong process mapping and business analysis capabilities.
- Experience defining future-state processes, customer journeys, or operating models.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
- Experience working within complex financial services environments.
