Job Title: Lead Business System Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business System Analyst to support the development of a new Snowflake Enterprise Data Platform within a high-performing Agile squad. The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering, data analysis, and solution definition while working closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineering, Product, and QA teams. Strong experience in Enterprise Data Warehousing, data lineage, and London Market Insurance is highly preferred. The role requires strong ownership, communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable development requirements.

Must-Have Skills

- 8–10 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Strong Business Analysis concepts, methods, and practices
- Experience with Enterprise Data Platforms / Data Warehousing
- Strong understanding of data lineage from source systems to Enterprise Data Warehouse
- Experience in General Insurance and/or London Market Insurance
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories and development tasks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Experience supporting QA, testing, and requirements validation
- Working knowledge of SQL and database querying
