Lead Buyers - Information Technology
I am currently recruiting for a well-known organisation based in Stevenage that is looking for 3 x Lead Buyers - Information Technology.
It is essential that you are either a British Citizen or a Dual UK with British citizenship.
Role Details
They are looking for an experienced procurement professional to manage a high-profile business transformation project in the UK, working with their international colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver the programme.
- Lead all aspects of procurement across the project
- Acting as a senior procurement lead for the project, liaising with stakeholders, gathering needs, developing SOWs, managing, and developing contracts
- Develop and help to implement the SRM strategy
- Drive supplier performance

Whilst this is an IT transformation project, you can be from any procurement background as long as you have experience in running complex and strategic projects or programmes.
Salary: £50-60k plus excellent benefits and hybrid working. There will be travel with this role.

- Someone who understands IT procurement, or is comfortable with learning and developing these skills
- Travel and international working is part of the role
- Ideally willing or working towards MCIPS qualification
Salary: £45-55k plus excellent benefits and hybrid working.
