The Role
- Lead the design and development of complex desktop applications using C#.NET.
- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions for scalable systems.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure high-quality code through robust testing and continuous integration practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to deliver robust software solutions.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in C#.NET desktop application development.
