Job Description Lead Care Professional 📍 Location: Sheffield & Barnsley 📄 Employment Type: Full-Time Contract 🕒 Rota: 5-day week, 9-hour availability, alternate weekends and occasional nights 💰 Salary: £25,350 - £26,325 💼 Experience: Care experience required Why Join Home Instead of Sheffield & Barnsley? As a Care Professional, you’ll support clients with a personalised service that helps them remain independent and connected to their community. Your visits may include: Companionship and meaningful conversation Personal care (washing, dressing, bathing) Meal preparation Medication prompts Light household tasks Shopping and attending appointments IT Skills office-based work Who We’re Looking For You do need care experience.
