Job Description
Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: April 30, 2027
Work setup: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
Clearance required: BPSS
Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Lead Change Manager to provide leadership across multiple change initiatives or a significant transformation programme. The role is accountable for shaping delivery strategy, overseeing project and change resources, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful execution of business outcomes aligned to strategic objectives.
What you will do:
- Lead complex change programmes, workstreams, or portfolios with significant business impact.
- Define and implement change delivery approaches, governance structures, and operating models.
- Provide direction and oversight to Project Managers, Change Managers, Business Analysts, and wider delivery teams.
- Establish programme controls and ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with senior executives and sponsors, providing strategic advice and challenge.
- Drive issue resolution across complex dependencies and competing priorities.
- Ensure effective change adoption, business readiness, and benefit realisation activities.
- Manage programme financials, resource allocation, and investment performance.
- Support strategic planning, prioritisation, and portfolio management activities.
- Champion change management best practice and continuous improvement.
- Inspire confidence and lead through ambiguity.
- Influence stakeholders at executive and board level.
- Create clarity and direction across large-scale initiatives.
- Develop and coach delivery professionals.
- Deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bring significant experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within financial services.
- Apply a strong understanding of programme management, change management, and business transformation methodologies.
- Demonstrate the ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead matrix teams.
- Bring experience managing complex budgets, regulatory change, and organisational transformation.
- Apply strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Hold programme management qualifications such as MSP, PgMP, or Agile Programme Management, which are desirable.
