Location: Brighton
Reporting To: General Manager, Operations
Salary: £15 per hour – 20 to 30 hours per week
Hours: P/T -(including evenings & weekends)

We're looking for an inspiring Lead Chef to take ownership of our kitchen operations at Sea Lanes Brighton, where coastal vibes meet exceptional food and unforgettable experiences!

You'll be responsible for the leadership, management, and execution of all kitchen operations, ensuring every dish we serve exceeds expectations. From managing your team and maintaining the highest food safety standards to creating bespoke menus for special events, you'll be at the heart of delivering the exceptional culinary experiences our guests love.

Champion Safety & Compliance

  • Oversee food safety and hygiene standards with full HACCP compliance
  • Ensure allergen regulations are followed without exception – guest safety is paramount
  • Complete and properly document all daily food safety, hygiene, and operational checks
  • Set clear expectations and maintain the highest operational standards
