Job Title: Lead CJA/AEP Platform Architect
Location: United Kingdom
Type: Remote Leadership Role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead CJA/AEP Platform Architect based in the United Kingdom.
You will guide customers through platform architecture, requirements gathering, data strategy, and use-case activation. The role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing consulting, helping organizations maximize the value of their digital transformation investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership throughout the design and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform solutions.
- Advise clients on Adobe Experience Platform architecture, capabilities, limitations, and implementation best practices.
- Lead client discussions to understand business objectives, technical requirements, data needs, and platform use cases.
- Define platform architecture for client applications and customer journey activation initiatives.
- Own data structures and architecture across the data layer, ingestion processes, and platform storage.
- Design solutions that support customer journey data stitching, analytics, reporting, and activation.
- Translate client user stories and business requirements into clear, developer-ready technical tasks.
- Establish standards, patterns, and best practices for platform configuration and implementation.
- Partner with project managers to ensure technical teams meet client expectations, project milestones, and delivery commitments.
- Collaborate effectively with both domestic and offshore team members across project and organizational initiatives.
- Support third-party data integrations while ensuring solutions align with applicable data privacy requirements.
- Serve as a technical advisor throughout implementation and help resolve complex platform and architecture challenges.
- Mentor other team members and contribute to the continuous development of technical capabilities and delivery practices.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform enterprise architecture and implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AEP platform solutions.
- Experience with Customer Journey Analytics and customer journey-level data stitching and reporting.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, ingestion, storage, and activation.
- Experience integrating third-party data sources and platforms.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance considerations related to customer data and integrations.
- Strong client-facing consulting and requirements-gathering capabilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements and user stories into practical technical architectures and development tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable collaborating with distributed domestic and international teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and enthusiasm for creating measurable value for clients and internal teams.
- Must be located in the United States and eligible for employment in the United States.
