Your Impact
As a Cloud Service Manager, you will serve as the trusted advisor and primary relationship owner for assigned OpenText Cloud Managed Services clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring clients realize maximum value from their OpenText investments. By collaborating across Sales, Support, Developing, Product Management, Professional Services, and Cloud Operations teams, you will champion client success, manage critical service engagements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both the client experience and business outcomes.

What the Role Offers
- Ownership of strategic client relationships within OpenText Cloud Managed Services
- Opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to business, technical, and executive stakeholders
- Exposure to cloud technologies, service management, and enterprise-level client engagements
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, Developing, Product Management, and Professional Services
- The ability to influence service improvements, renewal opportunities, account growth, and client success initiatives
- A dynamic, international environment where no two days are the same and continuous improvement is encouraged
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience managing enterprise client relationships, service delivery programs, or managed services engagements
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to operate at a senior management level
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies, data center environments, and ITIL service management practices; ITIL certification is advantageous
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management, as well as formal project management methodologies
- Proven ability to drive client satisfaction initiatives, manage escalations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience, combined with a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
