We're working with a leading UK financial services organisation to strengthen their Collibra-based data governance and metadata management platform. Looking for a Collibra Technical Specialist to own workflow design, operating model configuration, and platform SME duties.
What you'll do
- Act as Collibra Technical SME, configuring the operating model (domains, asset types, attributes, relationships) for business use cases
- Design, develop and deploy end-to-end workflows using BPMN 2.0 and Groovy scripting within Collibra
- Build workflows for key governance processes: glossary curation/approval, data asset onboarding, certification, access requests
- Use Collibra APIs (assetapi, attributeapi) for dynamic user/role assignment and validation
- Build metadata and lineage extraction capability from sources like Snowflake, Glue, Postgres, Erwin, and Qlik Sense
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and design reviews for the wider team

What you'll need

- Strong experience in Data Governance and Metadata Management using Collibra
- Hands-on experience building Collibra workflows using BPMN/Groovy and APIs
- Hands-on experience modifying the Collibra operating model
- Collibra Ranger or Solution Architect certification
- Circa 5 years' Collibra implementation experience, including Edge configuration, workflow development, and DIP configuration
Nice to have: knowledge of metadata/lineage tooling integrations (BigID, Immuta, Glue, BI tools).
