Overview

Decision Analysis Services Limited (DAS) is an independent professional services company. Since 2007 we have provided services globally to more than 200 client organisations within the energy, defence, government, transport, and health sectors. Based in offices from Glasgow to Sydney, we support clients across five continents.

We specialise in bridging the gap between strategic planning and operational execution, developing enduring solutions to the uniquely complex issues faced by our clients. We are experts in programme management, systems thinking, investment modelling, machine learning, and data analysis. These unique skills, coupled with our extensive experience of engineering, regulatory practices and operations delivery enable us to develop sustainable, long-term solutions for our clients.

The Role

You will be instrumental in expanding our footprint across the UK's rapidly growing civil nuclear sector. This senior, hands-on role blends strategic business development with delivery oversight and team development, offering you the opportunity to shape our civil nuclear growth strategy, steer the direction of the department, and directly support client programmes. This is not a hard sales role - it's about trusted relationship-building, opportunity shaping, and delivering lasting value through insight-led consulting.

You'll operate with a high level of autonomy and influence, supporting the growth of the team and working alongside senior stakeholders to define where and how we grow.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Alongside the Practice Lead, shape and implement DAS's business development strategy in the civil nuclear sector, identifying new opportunities and market entry points
  • Leverage your established network to build relationships, generate opportunities, and guide the firm's market positioning
  • Spearheading client projects, applying your management consulting expertise across strategy, transformation, stakeholder engagement, and operations
  • Supporting a team of colleagues in their professional development
  • Lead development of client propositions and bids that combine insight, impact, and innovation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery capability with growth ambitions, ensuring sustainable scale-up

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
