Job Title: Lead Consultant, Content Insights

Who we are

We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

About the role

The role is within our Content Strategy team, a cross-business function of strategists and creatives, you’ll take a leading role in delivery of best-in-class strategy and creative across our existing and potential clients.

We’re looking for someone who understands that content and social plays an important role in the delivery of business objectives. From brand building and driving first-party data, to feed-breaking creative, you know what makes social communities thrive, and why that’s important for our clients.

You’ll be comfortable talking to senior stakeholders, both internal and external. You can interrogate data to understand current success of content and platforms and what that might mean for our future. You have perspectives on the way the sport and content industry is evolving, and how we can best position ourselves to thrive in it.

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating bespoke and best-in-class content strategies that supports our clients’ business objectives
  • Supporting our client teams in executing those strategies
  • Being a leader of content expertise across Two Circles content teams
  • Identifying new content opportunities, and expanding our knowledge and capability base
  • Lead and contribute on responses to new business opportunities
  • Examining, interpreting, and translating research and insights to ensure that we, and our clients, are at the forefront of content innovation and strategy

  • Experience in developing and delivering content strategies for major rightsholder or brands
  • Experience in working alongside creative teams in developing and delivering content, content strands and additional content that ladder up to content strategies
  • Proven record of engaging, impressing, and convincing major stakeholders
  • Experience in platform execution across owned and operated channels
  • Comfortable presenting big picture ideas to both clients and internal stakeholders alike
  • A self-starting attitude who embraces a work culture where challenges and opportunities will differ day-by-day
  • Up to date knowledge on consumer behaviour and trends
  • A love of sport
