At Planon, we're looking for an experienced Lead Consultant or Specialist who can combine technical expertise with trusted advisory skills to deliver impactful software solutions for enterprise and public sector customers.

As part of our UK Services team, you'll lead customer engagements from solution design through implementation and adoption. You'll work closely with consultants, project managers, account managers and customers to ensure successful outcomes while helping shape the future of workplace technology.

Working in a hybrid environment, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the UK while maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to the growth of our consulting practice.

What We Can Challenge You With

  • Lead the implementation of Planon solutions for enterprise and public sector customers, ensuring successful delivery and customer adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating customer requirements into scalable and sustainable business solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and guide customers through process optimisation, solution design and change management activities.
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants and account teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.
  • Support customers in areas such as workplace management, space utilisation, smart buildings and connected workplace technologies.
  • Mentor fellow consultants and share knowledge to strengthen the team's capabilities.

Profile

Our mission is to help organisations create smarter, more efficient and sustainable workplaces. To support that mission, we're looking for someone who combines strong consulting expertise with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

You enjoy solving complex business challenges, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and guiding customers through successful digital transformation initiatives.

This role is a great fit if:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in software implementation consulting within IWMS, CAFM, EAM or related enterprise software environments. Understanding of Planon software is beneficial.
  • You have experience delivering customer-facing implementation projects and leading workshops.
  • You understand workplace management, space management (including CAD & BIM), space utilisation or facilities management processes.
  • You can translate business requirements into practical software solutions and guide customers through adoption.
  • You are eligible for, or able to obtain, UK Security Clearance.
  • You have a good command of the English language.
  • Ideally commutable to Brighton.

We offer

Salary range: £43,092 - £66,072 gross per year, depending on experience.

This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role, based on objective, role-related criteria. The total compensation package includes variable compensation and additional benefits. Here you find out more about our UK Employment Benefits.
