K&K Social Resources & Development GmbH is an international recruiting agency that has been providing technical resources in the European region since 1993. This position is with one of our clients in the UK which is actively hiring candidates to expand its teams.

Role: Lead Consultant-Oracle HCM Fusion Absence & Payroll

Location:

Remote (UK)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically on Core HR, UK Payroll and Absence modules for UK clients.
  • Apply hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll and Performance, particularly within the UK Public sector.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper care.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
  • Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests.
  • Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Payroll and Performance and other relevant modules.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training.

Required:

  • Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for Core HR, Absence, Payroll and Performance for UK Public Sector clients.
  • Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
  • Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Core HR, Payroll and Performance and other modules.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log.

Preferred

  • Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team members.
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
