About the Role
You'll be responsible for leading the discovery, design, and implementation of Power Platform solutions for a range of customers. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, allowing you to work closely with decision-makers while remaining involved in solution delivery.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle and wants to play a key role in helping organisations modernise their processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into practical technical solutions.
- Lead workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and project teams.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practice.
- Support successful deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience delivering solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Proven background in a client-facing or consulting environment.
- Experience leading projects or taking ownership of technical solution design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
