Royal Nawaab
Royal Nawaab is one of Europe's most famous restaurant/event chains, with three landmark venues in Stockport, Perivale, and Ilford. Our Pyramid site is one of the most talked about hospitality destinations in the country, with a Channel 4 TV show launching this year, a packed events calendar, and a corporate vertical scaling fast.
We're growing nationally and internationally, and this role sits right at the centre of it. Pyramid, corporate, national campaigns, pop-up events, wherever the brand shows up next, you're the one building the story around it.
We're not looking for safe. We're looking for the person who sets the benchmark for hospitality content in the UK.
Before Anything Else:
You need a genuine passion for hospitality, events, and food. Not a stepping stone. Not a portfolio piece on the way to fashion or beauty. We've learned the hard way that when this space doesn't excite someone, the work shows it. If this is where you want to build your name, keep reading.
The Role:
You'll own creative output across five sub-brands: Royal Nawaab Pyramid, Royal Nawaab Events, House of Nawaab, Royal Nawaab Corporate, and Royal Nawaab Perivale & Ilford, across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

This is a flat structure. You report directly to the Marketing Director. You sit alongside our Social Media Executive, who owns community, posting, and trends, and who you'll work closely with day to day, but this isn't a two-person production team.
You're not waiting for a brief. You're spotting trends on Monday morning and shipping a reel by Tuesday night.
What You'll Own:
- Concept, shoot, edit, and ship content consistently every week
- Weekly flagship shows: Behind the Pyramid (POV), Masterclass (weddings), Access All Areas (House of Nawaab), Under the Chandelier (Corporate), If Royal Nawaab Did (Corporate concept series)
- Trend spotting and same-day execution
- Brand voice consistency across all sub-brands (each has a different tone, you hold all five)
- Getting people on camera who don't naturally want to be there: staff, couples, corporate clients, on a deadline, not just when it's easy
- Content capture at major moments: red carpet premieres, Open House, networking events, weddings, pop-ups
- Briefing freelance cinematographers for hero campaigns
- Editing in Premiere, CapCut, or whatever ships fastest
- Sound, music selection, captions, hooks, thumbnails
