Lead Contract Support

As Lead Contract Support you will be the Lead ambassador for both CBRE and our client’s brand. Leading a team of Site Support Coordinators, you will bridge the gap between local operations and central leadership. You will oversee operational excellence, manage supply partners, ensure rigorous legislative compliance, and drive solid financial control within a data-driven environment.

The Role

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Site Support Coordinators, driving a culture of recognition and performance development.
  • Act as the lead expert on policies; oversee schedules, site trackers, and business continuity plans; and coordinate onboarding/offboarding.
  • Promote a world-class safety culture by managing logbooks, validating contractor compliance, and tracking audit actions.
  • Act as the Facilities Manager’s financial right-hand—managing billing, calculating margins, tracking P&L/WiP, and championing the country's financial systems.
  • Serve as the key contact for vendors, obtaining quotes, issuing contracts, and administering supplier performance reviews.
  • Identify savings opportunities, drive process efficiencies, and lead transformative regional programs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
