About Fyxer

Fyxer is building an AI executive assistant that handles emails, scheduling and follow-up, freeing people in client-facing roles to focus on their customers. It's the digital assistant for everyone drowning in their inbox, helping thousands of professionals reclaim hours they didn't even know they could get back.

The Role

We're looking for an exceptional contract Copywriter to join our London Marketing team.

As a company trusted by hundreds of thousands to draft their emails, we know how much language matters. So when our writing shows up in the world, our words need to be on point!

What You’ll Do

  • Write and edit compelling copy across platforms and channels (email, landing pages, product launches)
  • Maintain and evolve Fyxer's tone of voice across platforms, ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, optimizing for engagement, clarity and impact
  • Collaborate with designers to bring ideas to life and drive acquisition, retention and engagement of high quality customers
  • Optimise copy using insights from user behaviour, engagement data, and A/B tests.
  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform messaging
  • Bring fresh, diverse perspectives to a high-performing team to further drive innovation and raise the bar

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience writing high-converting marketing copy (e.g. emails, landing pages)
  • Excellent editorial judgment and mastery of tone, clarity, and CTAs. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Digital-first mindset with a clear understanding of multi-platform storytelling and performance metrics
  • Hands-on with creative tools and comfortable using AI to enhance ideation, testing, and optimisation
  • Familiarity with localisation and scaling messages globally. Bonus if you've written for US audiences.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners and adapting quickly to feedback
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and confident navigating ambiguity.
  • Entrepreneurial and highly driven — thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
  • Passion for tech, start-ups, AI and cultural storytelling
