Job Opportunity at a Leading Global Insurance Organisation
An exciting opportunity has become available at a leading global insurance organisation for an experienced professional to take ownership of a growing book of credit & surety business.
As an established player in credit insurance markets, this company is looking for a talented underwriter to manage SME/Micro and Mid-Market deals. They are a leader in provision for SME default among Travel Agents, Estate Agents, Contractors, Suppliers, and other similar organisations.

In this role, you will oversee the full transaction lifecycle — from portfolio and risk analysis to deal structuring and owning broker relationships.

Key Responsibilities
You will also contribute to the firm’s business development efforts by originating new opportunities and building strong relationships with brokers and clients. This may involve:
- Attending industry events
- Participating in conferences
- Conducting client meetings
- Representing the organisation as a trusted partner

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience with underwriting SME trade credit or micro-surety, but also those with transferrable skills should apply. This could be a good opportunity for:
- Actuaries
- Exposure managers
- Credit risk analysts interested in moving into underwriting
