Lead Customer Success Manager | AI PropTech | London | Founding hire | £70k

Most Customer Success jobs are about managing the function that already exists. This one is about building the one that comes next.

Wundertalent is working with an early stage, VB backed AI company building the operating system for modern property management. Their platform automates the operational workload that slows down property managers, letting agents and build to rent teams: tenant communications, compliance workflows, maintenance coordination and scheduling. They are live with pilot customers, the feedback is strong, and they are now scaling towards revenue.

This is a technical, AI first CS role. You will be expected to design and deploy automated workflows for health monitoring, escalation triage, onboarding tracking and reporting so that a small team can manage a growing client base without hiring in a straight line. You will decide what stays human and what gets automated. You will diagnose whether an issue is configuration, data, user error or a genuine bug before it reaches engineering. And you will be the voice of the customer inside the business, turning feedback into structured product tickets that shape the roadmap.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
